2. Incorporation of the Company: – Individuals who want to start their own business or want to invest in the existing company. Investors should start their company with a minimum share capital AED 72,000 or more. This grants the holder to live in the UAE and can stay out of the UAE as per the duration of the visa. The investor can sponsor his family, parents etc. The investment in a company can be a Mainland or free zone company depending on your business activity, Budget, visa quota and choice of your location.
3. Long Term Residency Visa: – This is the newer form of the visa. The visa duration is depending on your amount of investment. The Visa Standard for the long-term visa is set by a GDRFA (General Directorate of Residency and Foreign Affairs- Dubai). Individuals with Special talents (Scientist, medical field, research field etc.) can also apply for this category of visa.
4. Retirement visa: – This kind of visa designed for the Individual who are above age 55 and wish to enjoy retirement in Dubai’s safe and beautiful sand life. This visa can be acquired by showing your own savings of AED 1 million or if you are currently earning monthly AED 20,000 or having an investment in the property worth of AED 2 million.
