1.     Initial Stage – (Meeting with Sales Representative)

              Select the right type of license: – Choose the right type of license Commercial, Industrial, Service etc. according to your business activity.

              Select the right type of company: – Choose the right type of company FZC or FZE again it     is depending on the shareholders, directors, managers,                    secretary and share capital etc. Select the right legal status for your company.

             Select the place for your business: – Choose the right place for your business according to your business activity and the size of the staff. Hamriyah                   Free Zone offers an office (executive office, e-office), warehouses, and prime industrial lands with spectacular other benefits.

             Trade Name: – Choose suitable name matching with the nature of your business and register it with its Sharjah Department of Economic Development               it’s advisable to cross check the name list available with the Government Authority to avoid duplication of name.                      

2.     Application: – At this stage you must make an application for the license and lease agreement as well. Once DED approves the application then they          will call you for further business opening process.
3.     Approval and Establishment Card: – After license approval now apply for the establishment card. And submit all the required documents.
4.     Immigration process: – This is the last but important stage which makes your process complete. You must apply for a visa and get your medical                done. Take Emirates ID and get your visa stamping done.
