Release of the Approved Auditors Rules
As per the recently released Approved Auditors List Rules in DMCC, which aim to register auditors who will ensure the best quality audit services offered to DMCC member companies and provide the assurance that the Audited Financial Statements represent true and accurate financial position.
The Approved Auditors List Rules also mandate that all DMCC member companies must submit their Audited Financial Statements through a DMCC Approved Auditor, which will be implemented over a transitional period.
DMCC won’t accept any member company’s Audited Financial Statements prepared by auditors who are not listed with DMCC as Approved Auditors.The auditors who are approved by DMCC authority are only allowed to submit the audit report in DMCC and they can only be the companies official auditors as per the rules of DMCC.
DMCC has already approached all auditors and advised them about the DMCC Approved Auditors registration process and how to get listed in the DMCC Approved Auditors List, which is published on the DMCC website.
